Motorcycle camping means packing everything you need without losing mobility. Our go-to kit list:
- Tent: something that packs down small. A two-person tent fits your gear inside, while a bivvy suits riders happy to leave gear on the bike.
- Sleep system: a sleeping bag, plus a self-inflating mat (if space is tight) or a lightweight cot, and a pillow.
- Cooking: a compact stove, pots and collapsible utensils.
- Water: carry enough, even if you're staying at campsites.
- Camp chair: a lightweight chair with its own storage bag.
- Luggage: waterproof soft or hard luggage to keep it all secure and dry.
