Can I cancel or change my order?Updated an hour ago

If you let us know before your order is dispatched, we can cancel it. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays usually ship the same day, so contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, or a cancellation fee may apply if we can recall the parcel from the carrier.
