Items such as lubricants, oils, aerosols and some cleaning products are classed as Dangerous Goods (DG). We have all the paperwork in place to ship them legally.

• Depending on your order, DG items may ship separately. This doesn't delay our handling, but carrier processes may slightly delay delivery.
• All DG parcels can be tracked using the details in your dispatch email.
• DG items can't be returned or exchanged, as return freight isn't permitted.
• DG items can't be shipped internationally.

If your DG order arrives damaged, take photos before and after opening the packaging and contact us for the correct procedure.
