How do I exchange an item?Updated an hour ago

We do exchanges a little differently so you get your new item as fast as possible:

1. Place a new order for the correct item now. It ships straight away and the stock is secured.
2. Return the original item by following our return process (see How do I return an item?).
3. Once we receive it, we'll credit or refund it immediately.

Exchanging a deal or sale item

If you return an item after a deal has ended, the replacement will be at the current price. The exception is a size swap of the same item: we'll honour the original deal price as long as the item is in stock. Exchanges for a different item are subject to price differences. To lock in deal pricing, buy the replacement straight away.
