Sorry about that! If your order arrives damaged in transit:

1. Take photos of the packaging before and after opening it.
2. Email them to us straight away with your order number.

For damaged dangerous goods (oils, lubricants, aerosols), don't send them back. Contact us and we'll explain the correct procedure.
