Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Packaged items must have their original packaging intact, or the return may be declined.

Tips to make sure your return is accepted

• Boots: don't stand on foot pegs when trying them on. Sharp pegs mark the soles.
• Helmets: please remove makeup before trying them on, as it stains the cheek pads.
• Hard parts: check fitment before removing the packaging. Items like chains can't be returned once they're out of their sealed packaging.
• Clothing: must be free from marks, stains, rips and odours, with all tags attached.

Items we can't accept

• Ethikas, underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
• Dangerous goods such as oils, lubricants and aerosols, as return freight isn't permitted.

Any return that isn't in an acceptable condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
