Once your return arrives and is approved, we'll process your store credit or refund straight away. The cost of the prepaid return label is deducted from the amount.

Adventure Moto may refuse a returned item if it doesn't meet the conditions set when the return number was created. Rejected items are sent back at the customer's cost.

Paid with a gift card? If you return items bought with a gift card, we may issue store credit up to the gift card amount redeemed.
