When will my order be dispatched?Updated an hour ago

All products on our website are in stock and ready to go, unless they're marked out of stock, pre-order, or are custom/order-in items.

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.
• Our carriers don't operate on weekends, so orders placed from 2pm Friday until 2pm Monday are dispatched on Monday afternoon.

Orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse. Some items, such as oversize items, dangerous goods and certain engine components, ship from third-party warehouses.

Larger orders may be split into multiple parcels. You'll get tracking for every one.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll contact you quickly to sort out a solution.
